The music school “Stanislav Binički” was founded in 1978 in Leskovac. In the beginning, the school employed young graduate pedagogues, who contributed to the development of the school with their work. In the school year 1991/92. In 2010, the theoretical department was founded, which expanded the school’s activities. Today, after sixty years of successful work, the Music School “Binički” in Leskovac continues to educate new students and contributes to musical culture and education. The school is now one of the largest and most successful schools in this region, with around 800 students and 110 employed professors. It is located in a building in Mlinska Street, which has about 20 classrooms for collective and individual teaching, as well as several rooms for staff and administration.
