Monument to the liberators, which is located in the central city park of Leskovac. It was erected in 1927, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of liberation from the Turks, as a tribute to the heroes of Leskovac who fought in the period from 1912-1918. years. The monument shows a bronze figure of a warrior in full war gear, called “Chika Dragan”, made by the sculptor Dragutin Arambašić. The warrior represents fighters from the Thessaloniki front, and it is placed on a high pedestal made of red granite, the work of Dragomir Simonović. The words “Falled for freedom – Grateful Leskovci” are written on the monument.
