The project is co-funded by EU through the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria-Serbia Programme

The basketball club Zdravlje was founded in 1964 in Leskovac under the name KK Srednojlac, and in 1968 it was renamed KK Dubočica. Since 1970, the club has been called KK Zdravlje due to the sponsorship of the drug factory with the same name.

The club’s greatest success was reaching the final of the Cup of SR Yugoslavia in 2000, when they beat Podgorica Budućnost, but lost to Partizan in the final. The club competed in the highest level of Serbian basketball for a total of eight seasons, while it currently competes in the Second League of Serbia. In the 2013/14 season. the club returned to the Second League after several seasons of playing in the lower ranks.
